Ferruccio Vignanelli Zichella was born in Rome to a family of musicians and began studying the violin at five years. He studied with Alfredo Fiorentini, Lorenzo Rudiger, Marco Fiorentini and Antonio de Secondi, he has also attended master classes with Sergey Girshenko and courses at Campus of Arts in San Gemini and Tuscania, and Ptuj, Slovenia. Youngster he appeared as a soloist and in chamber ensembles in several competitions, including the Anemos and Arts Academy, winning first prizes. In addition, from 2003 to 2010, was a finalist in the international competition "Jugend Musiziert" in Germany, qualifying in the top three in the years 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2010. First violin of the FAO Symphony Orchestra, from 2010, is also 'Concertino dei primi violini' and a founding member of the ensemble Archi di Roma, with which he specialized with Riccardo Minasi, Beppe Crosta and David Romano. He graduated in 2011 and is currently attending master classes with the Ars Trio di Roma. |
